What's the best mini-car racing game on the PS2?

My favourite game ever is "Muppet Racemania" on the PlayStation. I still play it now as it is a really good two player, little car racing game.
What though is the best little car racing game that is available on the PS2 which is two player and suitable for a young teenager? Thank you!

gran turismo
187 ride or die-like mario kart but you use real guns to kill enemies not turtle shells etc
outrun 2006 coast to coast online
crazy frog racer-very crap
