    Football players …
Football players are to aerobically fit, half of football practice is running plays, the other half is running hard and stretching(a lot), running backs/wide recievers/defensive backs/(even linebackers) need to be in top athletic performance. ever here of “bullet bob hayes” the gold metal olympic sprinter who also won a championship with the Dallas Cowboys. and that 30 second play was because McNabb happened to run upfield and latteral the play like 4 times.

    Why am I even …
Why am I even trying to talk sports with members of the most arrogant, most detested, most self-absorbed and most obese nation on earth? Go vote for a moron president (twice!), or start an unjust war, or supersize your heart disease. Keep your fat mans game, and keep going the way America is. Hopefully, between this economic recession, the terrorism your foreign policy created in the first place, and a big earthquake in Cali (cross fingers!) your country will get what’s coming to it.

    Yeah, god forbid I …
Yeah, god forbid I support the arts (the Robbie Williams vid you slam me for is actually a short film)and have opinions and interests outside of the topic of discussion.

Where I’m from (actually a free country, not a fascist regime dressed up to look like democracy) we can freely support and say what we like without a bunch of redneck homophobes shouting us down because they think that having a nuclear arsenal automatically makes them right. Bunch of ignorant cocks.

    Can you yank …
Can you yank geniuses even put a sentence together without using the word “gay” or “fag”? Hiding something much?

Aerobic fitness, ie- the ability for the body to transfer oxygen to the muscles under periods of extended duress.

Ever heard the phrase “survival of the fittest?” It’s not survival of the strongest, or the fastest over 40 yards.

Go bomb some civilians, and shoot some guns and worship the most over-rated sport on earth.

    Nizzleson -

    You …
    Nizzleson -

You admit that NFL players are stronger, faster, tougher, have better cars, make more money, drink better booze, smoke better weed, get sexier bitches, live better lives…..but aussie football players can do aerobics better???? BAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

SOrry but that argument sucks. You and richard simmons go ahead and dress up in tights and do some ‘gayrobics’ while we play real football.

  6. saucyisawesome on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

And you said we are …
And you said we are not aerobically fit? are you stupid. You must be talking about the offensive and defensive tackles. If you want to see aerobically fit. Search.. Edwin Babtiste catch. The greatest catch ever. It just happened last week. And if you want to see a killer hit from last weeks game as well. Search… Anquon Boldin hit. He is 1 of my favorite Wide Receiver and on my fantasy football team.. now he is on surgery and out for the season.

  7. saucyisawesome on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    And what kind of …
And what kind of stupid question is do we break a sweat? I can tell you never played the game. Sprinting every play will get you tired specially with pads on but we train for this. Thats why we make it look like we don’t get tired. Especially WR that just ran 60 yards on 1 play and have to run back in the huddle for another play because we get timed. We play on all types of weather. Hot, rain, snow, hail.. anything. The only time the game gets cancelled is when theres lightning involve.

  8. saucyisawesome on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    Nizzleson… That …
Nizzleson… That tells me you don’t really know anything about American football when you said that theres about 50 players in american football and wondered if anyone even break a sweat. First of all. You will never ever see an American Football game without seeing anyone get hurt. And the reason why they have about 2 or 3 back up players for the person is because if he gets hurt the other one can step in while the other guy is watching and training/learning from them.

    PS click on …
    PS click on Nizzleson–

I think having robbie williams and amy winehouse videos pretty much disqualifies this gaylord from having an opinion on the NFL.

  10. mantis707 on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    Tell an olympic …
Tell an olympic sprinter he doesn’t have ‘aerobic fitness.’ Thats what NFL wr’s and backs are…Linemen have massive anerobic fitness…would you look at a weight lifter and say ‘you have no aerobic fitness, bahhh’ or would you admire him for what HE IS

You dwell on comparing apples and oranges.
Its like saying marathon runners are “better” because they can run longer than a sprinter.
I will put 10 NFL players against any aussie AFL players in a locked room and we will see who comes out alive.

  11. daisymasculino on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    I have read a few …
I have read a few of the posts and watched this video so I have come out with 2 conclusions:

1.AFL is a boring TV marketing designed sport and unknown for the rest of the world and it will never never get out of America as it is advertising orientated.

2 Americans are extremely uneducated and dumb as they do nat have the capacity to enter a debate withowt utilizing coarse vulgar language.

    So nothing is new!!

  12. Nizzleson on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    Nice homophobic AND …
Nice homophobic AND geographically incorrect insult. You must have a stunning vocabulary.

I’m not a fag, and live about as far from Europe as it’s possible to live without going offworld.

Can you find any country other than the US, Mexico and Canada on a map without looking first? I thought not.

Yes, full speed on every play, agreed. But the playing time accounts for ONE QUARTER of the actual game time. And 50-odd players on a squad? Does anyone even break a sweat?

  13. Nizzleson on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    I understand the …
I understand the concept just fine. Unlike most Americans, I pay attention to things happening outside my country, including sports.

I know ‘roids are illegal, but you’re a naive fool if you think pro football players aren’t juiced to the eyes.

Because short bursts of massive power aren’t as important in rugby as they are in American football, steroid use is not nearly as prevalent.

And yes, there are regular, random, independent drug tests taken of players in both rugby codes.

  14. Nizzleson on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

My bad. AFL is the …
My bad. AFL is the Aussie Rules Football league. Honest mistake.

Wow. 30 seconds is the longest ever play in football? What a joke.

I’m not doubting the athleticism of football players, and the hits are massive. But they’re not fit. Strong yes. But not aerobically fit. And if I want tactics I’ll take ‘em pure-form in a game of chess or cricket (yes, cricket tactics are incredibly detailed).

Football just incredibly boring. 4 hours to play 60 minutes of sport? Give me a break.

  15. nextbestrockstar on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    the longest play in …
the longest play in NFL, (not AFL jackass) was like 30 seconds on a flop play by donavan mcnabb of the philidelphia eagles, and steroids are illegal so your wrong there too, and football is just so much more intense and powerful than rugby, when u get hit in football, u get hit hard, and football all in all is so much more tactical than an other sport ever

  16. mantis707 on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    Both sports have …
    Both sports have elite athletes.

The funny thing is a lot of eurofags do not recognize the level that it takes to play football. Yes the individual plays are short…but you go 110% on every play..ever done wind sprints? In soccer or rugby you cant go full out on every play…its more like long distance running…NFL is SPRINTING FULL SPEED ON EVERY PLAY.

Look at distance runners. Look at sprinters. That is the difference.

    Why are europeans …
Why are europeans trying to sell americans on this whole stamina thing? Maybe thats why we dont like rugby and soccer, we opt for speed and strength rather than stamina. We want the 100 meter dash not the 2 mile run. We want big and strong rather than small. With the biggest promotion for rugby being they play for a full 80 minutes well thats not going to get it done. We know bigger hits are in american football, and so are the fastest and strongest athletes..that is all..

  18. saucyisawesome on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    Steroids are …
Steroids are illegal you idiot!.. The only reason why you don’t like the game is because you don’t understand the concept of the game. Rugby is just like soccer. It gets really boring watching guys running around for 80 minutes. I play soccer and love playing it. I play mid-field or striker and I have the new Puma v1 08 tricks shoes but I don’t watch soccer because it’s boring. And how would we know that rugby players aren’t taking steroids. Maybe if you would check them i bet theres many.

  19. Nizzleson on October 8th, 2008 4:22 am

    Seen football. …
Seen football. Dull as shit. Built-in commercial breaks, different teams for different plays, stop/start… dull. HOw long is the longest play in AFL? 12 seconds or so before everyone gets to stop for another injection of steroids and some gatorade. Rugby players are so much fitter and more well rounded athletes. The balance between stamina, strength and speed is crucial in every rugby player. In AFL, you need speed OR strength. No stamina required at all.

    THIS YEAR TESTED …
THIS YEAR TESTED POSITIVE: Regina Jacobs, U.S. middle-distance runner and five-time world medallist; Kevin Toth, U.S. shot-put champion; John McEwen, U.S. hammer-thrower; and reportedly Dana Stubblefield, Chris Cooper, Barret Robbins and Bill Romanowski Oakland Raiders.

More than a dozen athletes appeared before a grand jury investigating including Kelli White, Marion Jones and Tim Montgomery, baseball sluggers Barry Bonds, Jason Giambi and Gary Sheffield and boxer Sugar Shane Mosley.
