The camera adds stress so they show how they can handle stress. Those same television shows have you tape who you are and why you should be on their reality television specials that so many love to watch.

Then there are those who use their videos to get a point across. Like the dating companies who have you fill out a profile as to why you would be a good catch or those asking for donations to show the conditions of their cause. When you see it you believe it and therefore you act upon it. That is why people go for this route.

There are some though who tend to abuse their video privileges though. They tape people when they do not want to be taped. They tape them doing things in their own home or elsewhere then sell it to make some hard earned cash. This does not go over well at all. It is something that the feds are trying to get rid of. You should be protected and they are trying to do so.

So, as you can see, royalty free stock footage has some good causes. There are some negatives as well. No matter what though, video footage is a major part of our society. It makes people do some crazy things. Some of it is to better their lives. Others just use it to get on television. At least you have a good hard glimpse into the matter though so you can base your own opinion.
