In college athletics what is NAIA and NJCAA stand for?

I know what division I,II and III is and the differences; but i never knew what those two are. Are they lower than division I II and III colleges in terms of athletics and sports scolarships?

to continue yes they are lower than NCAA
its more of emphases on education
and they do have scholarships
there is a couple in the area where i live
both offer some sports and very competive nationally in a few of them
